KHQ.COM - Bond was set at $1 million for a 33-year-old murder suspect on Tuesday. He's identified as Joshua Tillery. He's charged with Second Degree Murder for allegedly shooting Devon Mack at a home in the 45-hundred block of N. Lincoln on May 3rd. Tillery was taken into custody after police served an arrest warrant at a home in the area where Ruby and Division streets split. The trial is expected to start in early July.
